Spanning the Missouri River from Council Bluffs, IA to Omaha, NE the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge is accessed from the Iowa River Front Trail in Council Bluffs.

If traveling from the south on I-29 N just past the I-80/I-29 split take the 9th Ave (53-A) exit take 35th to 2nd Ave, left on 2nd Ave, right at underpass under bridge, right and left curves around parking lot to 40th, left on Ave B.  End of block is walk way to Pedestrian Bridge and go west back under the interstate.  Take the service road north to 2nd avenue and continue north.

Travelers from the north will exit at 54A and go west on G Ave. (take a right at the bottom of the ramp).  Continue on G Ave to 41st and B.
